- If you have any issues with our coffee or simply do not like the coffee we sent you, no worries at all! From the day you receive your coffee, you have two (2) weeks to reach out to hello@thetoc.com and initiate a return. Undesired coffee must be sent back in its original packaging and include the Return Form below, filled out with all pertinent information, including if you would like a refund or an exchange. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels unless the product is being returned due to a The Teal owl Cafe error.
