- If you have any issues with our coffee or simply do not like the coffee we sent you, no worries at all! From the day you receive your coffee, you have two (2) weeks to reach out to initiate a return. Undesired coffee must be sent back in its original packaging and include the Return Form below, filled out with all pertinent information, including if you would like a refund or an exchange. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels unless the product is being returned due to a The Teal owl Cafe error.
We’ll be happy to find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee once your return has been received.
